No. We are a brokerage and concierge service that sources luxury estate availability from property owners and managers. We do not own, manage, or operate any properties. Our role is to find the right property for your needs and coordinate every detail of your stay.

Is this a good option for a group trip or large party?
Absolutely. Estate stays are one of the best options for group travel. A private estate gives your group a shared home base with more space, privacy, and flexibility than a hotel. The cost split across a group of 8–15 people often brings the per-person rate well below what comparable hotel suites would cost. We source properties sized for your group and coordinate provisioning, arrivals, and on-site logistics.

How far in advance should I book an estate stay?
For popular destinations during peak season or around holidays, 4–8 weeks of lead time is recommended. Off-peak availability can sometimes be arranged in 2–3 weeks. Larger properties with specific requirements (10+ bedrooms, waterfront, etc.) tend to book further out.
