FAQ
Why did the name change? We’re evolving into a broader, division-led luxury group. KB Luxury Group better represents our expanded portfolio and the elevated experience we deliver.
Are you still the same company as KBA? Yes. KB Luxury Group is the continuation of KBA—same team, same service, new name.
Are your services changing? Our core focus remains Private Aviation Brokerage & Luxury Concierge. We also coordinate complementary luxury travel elements when requested.
How do I request a quote now? Use the Plan My Trip button on this site, or contact us directly. Requests are now routed through kbluxurygroup.com.
Will my existing booking or quote be affected? No. Existing quotes, bookings, and conversations remain valid. If you have any questions, contact us and we’ll confirm details immediately.
What email addresses should I use? Going forward, please use our @kbluxurygroup.com addresses. During the transition, messages sent to our previous addresses will continue to reach us.
Is my information still private and confidential? Yes. Discretion and confidentiality remain central to our service. We treat all client information as private and handle requests with care.
Do you operate aircraft directly? We act as a brokerage/concierge and coordinate flights with properly licensed operators. Specific aircraft availability and pricing depend on route, dates, and aircraft type.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend a minimum of three days when possible. For peak dates and complex itineraries, earlier is always better.
